Mental health is important! We all know it, but not all of us will reach out. We encourage all new families to give us a call – just to connect, just to hear what we offer.

Think of us like lactation support. It’s a given you’ll reach out to ask questions and receive support when starting your breastfeeding journey. BBC is the same. When your family expands, be in touch with Baby Blues Connection!

We’re here for you! No judgement. Just support. Give us a call.

Fabulous news! Baby Blues Connection will be in the 2015 Willamette Week’s Give!Guide. We’re lining up some wonderful incentives, organizing a party (or two!) and setting a goal of $15,000 raised. That’s almost double what we accomplished last year. We have a special incentive for the 35 and under crowd! And then there’s the incentives from WW… So many reasons to give.

We know you’ll be supporting us!

Opening day is Wednesday, November 4th. Mark your calendars! There’ll be a lot more information to come.

We’re thinking ahead and starting to plan our fall new volunteer training!

Are you interested in helping to support mothers and families coping with perinatal mood disorders? If you answer yes, ask yourself these questions:

Why do I want to volunteers?
Did you have a personal experience? (helpful but not mandatory)
Are you ready to ‘give back’?
Do you have good listening skills?
Can you commit to 2-4 hours per week (on average) for one year?

We need kind-hearted and compassionate women (and men!) to provide phone and group support. Join our tribe and find friendship and a wealth of resources and education. Be a part of an organization that provides hope & understanding and truly does great work!

With heavy hearts, we are announcing that effective immediately, our mom-to-mom support group meeting at Sante Mama in Vancouver, WA will close due to low-attendance, changes in facilitation and the meeting space.

thank youMany, many thanks to Sante Mama for allowing us the space to hold the space for mamas in need of support.

Although we encourage attendance at all our groups, groups meeting in St. John’s and NE Portland are the closest to Vancouver, within a 20 minute drive (if traffic is good).

Visit our webpage for all group locations and call toll-free 1-800-557-8375 prior to attending if possible. And find us on Facebook to stay updated on all happenings.
