  • Bottle Feeding Support Group
    A space to connect, find support and explore issues in motherhood and specifically bottle-feeding. This is an open group facilitated by Keely C. Helmick, LPC, Doula. Meets every 2nd Tuesday of the month @ 10am:

  • Full House Moms
    A non-profit support group designed to educate, assist and support parents, expectant parents and legal guardians of multiple birth children.
  •  Homebirth Cesarean Support Group – Portland
    This support group offers a sacred, healing, non-judgemental space for women who have been through a HBC birth and are having a difficult or traumatic time healing from it. 
  • ICAN of Portland 
    ICAN of Portland is the local chapter of the International Cesarean Awareness Network. Our goal is to provide support to women who are recovering from a cesarean, women facing a medically necessary cesarean, or women searching for VBAC (Vaginal Birth After Cesarean) information.
